1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UsTime application, web guest portal, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Service Usage & Availability
UsTime provides social scheduling and mutual availability calculation services. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse circle invite codes, upload malicious media files, or engage in unauthorized access attempts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate system integrity or security policies.
4. Pro Subscriptions & Billing
Optional UsTime Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective in-app purchase terms and policies.
